Alleged sexual touching left complainant ‘squirming’, Jones trial hears | ABC NEWS
The second complainant in Alan Jones’s criminal trial has told a Sydney court he “had to cop” the broadcaster’s alleged assaults because of the imbalance of power between them.
The former colleague alleges Mr Jones indecently assaulted him on multiple occasions in 2008, including an alleged unwanted kiss and inappropriate touching.
Mr Jones, 85, has pleaded not guilty to all charges and denies the allegations.
