Albanese throws Chalmers under the bus in brutal budget retreat

One Nation MP Barnaby Joyce claims Prime Minister Anthony Albanese sacrificed Treasurer Jim Chalmers as Labor scrambled to escape its budget disaster.

“Jim, what does a bus look like when you’re underneath it, and it’s driving over you?” Mr Joyce told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.

“Talk about the Prime Minister throwing his Treasurer under the bus.”
