Albanese holds high-level talks with UK PM at CHOGM

AUKUS, AI and advancing trade were just some of the high-level issues raised between Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and his UK counterpart Andy Burnham in their first official meeting on the sidelines of a Commonwealth leaders’ summit in Antigua and Barbuda.

Burnham also paid tribute to independent MP Helen Haines, who lost both legs and remains in hospital in a serious condition after an alleged deliberate attack three weeks ago.
