Oral nicotine pouches are emerging as a concerning trend among Victorian teenagers, with 4% of young people having used these discreet products that can be consumed undetected in classrooms. A Royal Children’s Hospital poll reveals that three-quarters of surveyed youth users showed signs of nicotine dependence or addiction. Health experts are raising concerns about these products being used without adult awareness or detection.
