At least 13 people killed in Ukrainian strike on Russia
At least 13 people – including a child – have been killed in a Ukrainian drone attack on Russia.
The strike has injured at least 75 others.
Ukraine’s military says it had targeted an oil refinery in the Tatarstan region and was not aiming at residential areas.
