Heated rivalry continues with victory to Argentina

Argentina have advanced to the FIFA World Cup Final after knocking out England with a 2-1 victory in Atlanta.

The reigning world champions went a goal down but clawed their way back, with Lionel Messi assisting two goals, just minutes apart.

The game looked like it would go down in English footballing folklore, but ended in despair for the Three Lions along with the dream of football potentially coming home.

But the match was not without scandal, with Argentina facing possible disciplinary actions for the on-field conduct of some members of the team after full time.

Argentina will now face Spain in the Grand Final on Monday morning, and England will play France for 3rd place.
