Donald Trump has been consistent about ‘choosing diplomacy first’

Chairman of Republicans Overseas UK Greg Swenson says US President Donald Trump has been consistent about “choosing diplomacy first”.

Mr Swenson told Sky News host Danica De Giorgio that when diplomacy is “completely exhausted”, he will then pull the trigger on kinetic action.

“I think he’ll do that again.”
