Bondi hero allegedly extorted by own brothers | 7NEWS
Ahmed Al Ahmed, who tackled and disarmed a gunman during the Bondi Beach terror attack in December and received $2.6 million in public donations, is allegedly the victim of an extortion attempt by his brothers Sameh and Hozaifa Al Ahmed. The brothers are accused of threatening him and demanding $100,000 each, with police charging them last week after Ahmed gave a statement. The brothers have entered not guilty pleas, and police have taken out an Apprehended Violence Order to protect Ahmed, while his father has also reportedly made allegations against him.
