Jai Arrow’s career ends with motor neurone disease diagnosis | 7NEWS

South Sydney Rabbitohs forward Jai Arrow’s rugby league career has ended at age 30 following a diagnosis of motor neurone disease. The announcement was made at a press conference where Arrow, who became engaged to Berina in 2024 and welcomed daughter Ayla last year, requested support and privacy rather than sympathy. The diagnosis has resonated deeply within the rugby league community, particularly with former player Lote Tuqiri whose friend Carl Webb died from MND in 2020, three years after his diagnosis.
