Security footage captured three masked offenders entering the premises before an explosion ignited the blaze, marking the latest incident in an ongoing series of arson attacks targeting traders on the same street. The butcher had only been operating for three months and was uninsured, while the dumpling restaurant was scheduled to open days later.
