‘There will be criticism’: Labor under fire for breaking election promises

Former Labor senator Stephan Conroy states that the Labor Party is now under public scrutiny following broken election promises.

“That’s the challenge … there will be criticism of them in exactly the words you’ve just used: ‘how can we believe the promise you’re making today?’” Mr Conroy told Sky News Digital Presenter Gabriella Power.

“This is a complex set of reforms that they’ve put in place, and they will be out there every day … that is a challenge.”
