Albanese’s ‘no control’ spending blamed for inflation crisis

EQ Economics Managing Director Warren Hogan says Labor’s “no control” over government spending is fuelling inflation, even before conflict in the Middle East escalated.

“It is the evil of our economy, inflation. This government, through the way it guided the RBA and through its own policies, did not take this inflation seriously,” Mr Hogan told Sky News Business Editor Ross Greenwood.

“Even before one bomb was thrown in the Middle East, we had a resurgence of inflation.”
