US President Donald Trump has accused Representative Ilhan Omar and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz of being complicit in the ongoing welfare scandal that is rocking the state.
The president’s remarks come after he selected Vice President JD Vance to head up an anti-fraud task force.
The task force hopes to deter individuals and groups from taking advantage of the welfare systems throughout the US.
Trump goes on to describe the amount of money stolen from taxpayers as “incredible”.
