Former Homicide Detective Charlie Bezzina warns police response failures could spark deadly consequences if left unchecked.
“The police not turning up is absolutely tragic, and if that’s the state we live in, we’re in big trouble,” Mr Bezzina told Sky News host Steve Price.
“Let’s start attacking these people as they’re attacking us.
“There’s going to be a mass killing … and then they might take notice.”
