Richard Pusey, the Porsche driver who filmed a dying police officer following the Eastern Freeway crash that killed four officers, is suing Victoria Police. His lawyers claim police were negligent when they pulled him over in the emergency lane, alleging he was traumatised by the incident for which he was previously charged. Victoria Police have rejected the assertions and will defend the case.
