New ANZAC hall at Australian War Memorial
The Australian War Memorial’s new Anzac Hall in Canberra will officially open in June.
The museum features a Chinook helicopter that flew in Afghanistan, a Lancaster bomber called G-for-George but also has displays about war protests.
Director Matt Anderson says the institution was designed to make people think and understand what war is about and the impact it has on people.
