In the wake of the Geelong oil refiner fire, the prime minister’s efforts to shore-up fuel supply from Australia’s regional partners have taken-on even greater urgency.
Anthony Albanese is flying home early from Malaysia in order to visit the refinery site.
While he was away, he signed an in-principle agreement to secure two-way trade of oil and gas, and announced more fuel is on the way.
