From Cairns to Townsville, residents are preparing for cyclonic weather. By Saturday night, there is 60 per cent chance that the tropical cyclone will reach category one, earning the name ‘Cyclone Koji’ if the weather escalates. Dr Marcio Brussius Coelho, who was off-duty at the time, heard the collision and provided first aid to one of the two toddlers before an emergency helicopter arrived.
