Rubio announces three-step plan for Venezuela
The Trump administration has announced a three-step plan for Venezuela following the capture of now-deposed leader Nicolás Maduro.
The plan will ensure US oil companies have access to the country during a recovery phase, and finally, overseeing a transition, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Wednesday.
