Lehrmann loses defamation appeal against Network 10 | 7NEWS

Bruce Lehrmann has lost his appeal against the ruling in his defamation case against Network 10 and journalist Lisa Wilkinson. The former Liberal staffer was attempting to overturn a Federal Court judgement that found on the balance of probabilities he had raped colleague Brittany Higgins in 2019. Justice Michael Wigney ruled that the original judgement was not unfair.
