AI wiping out everyone by the end of the decade is ‘fantastical’
AI Institute Chief Professor at UNSW Toby Walsh says AI wiping out everyone by the end of the decade is “fantastical” but there are still worries.

“We have AI that develops new viruses, AI that can control autonomous drones.
“AI is certainly improving remarkably in its capabilities.”
