Man charged with rape after alleged sexual assault in Brisbane
An alleged rapist is in custody after a woman was attacked on a bridge in Brisbane’s west.
The woman in her 20s was stopped by an unknown man while walking on the Brookfield Rd bridge at Brookfield about 6.33am on Thursday.
The victim was allegedly sexually assaulted, before she fought her way free and ran to the nearby showgrounds for help. She was then hospitalised in a stable condition. #crime #investigation #police #queensland #brisbane
