‘Puff of irony’: UK government spends a billion pounds turning wind turbines off

The Australian’s Environment Editor Graham Lloyd has spoken on a report in the British Times outlining the billion-pound cost of turning UK wind turbines off.

“This has been a slow burn in the UK,” Mr Lloyd told Sky News host James Macpherson.

“We will be in the same position as the UK in the not too distant future.”
