In an attack condemned by Donald Trump as ‘a targeted attack on Christians’, a 40-year-old male drove his vehicle through the front doors of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, before firing towards churchgoers.
Police received a call about the shooting at 10:25am September 28th, US time, and arrived within seconds.
It was then that the suspect is believed to have set the church ablaze, before being ‘neutralised’ just 8 minutes later in the church car-park.
