Government should make it ‘harder’ for a migrant to become a permanent resident

Sky News host Caleb Bond gives his take on becoming an Australian citizen.

“We should probably also make it harder to become a permanent resident, I think in the first place,” Mr Bond said.
“That’s the first step to getting to that process of citizenship.

“If there are people we potentially don’t want to be citizens, why should we let them here in the first place?”
