Deadly Russian missile strike on Kyiv | EU says disinformation fueled surge on Ceuta
A Russian missile strike on Kyiv has killed 14 people in one of the deadliest strikes on the Ukrainian capital this year.
Officials say another 22 were injured in the attack.
It follows Ukraine’s release of footage of a man being chased by a Russian drone in the south of the country accusing Moscow of a war crime.
