‘Worst interest rate cycle ever’: Albo accused of gaslighting Australians
On tonight’s episode of Paul Murray Live, Sky News host Paul Murray says Labor’s economic promises have unravelled, warning Australians are now facing even tougher interest rate pressure.
“The government wants to pretend there is nothing to see here; remember, we turned the corner before the last election. There were going to be massive interest rate drops during the second term,” Mr Murray said.
“Of course, all of that’s been eroded, and we’re about to get worse than we’ve ever been in terms of the interest rate cycle under this particular government.”
