Thai police are investigating potential links between the murder case of Australian man Simon Carman, accused of killing a 17-year-old girl whose body was found in a suitcase, and two other unsolved murders in the Pattaya region where victims were similarly disposed of in suitcases. The 46-year-old allegedly strangled the teenager in his apartment before disposing of her body. If convicted, Carman could face the death penalty, though Thailand has only executed one person in the past 17 years.
