Anthony Albanese faces the potential of a frosty reception at upcoming Trump meeting

US pollster for Donald Trump Brent Buchanan has cast doubt over Prime Minister Anthony Albanese getting a “friend-like” meeting with the US President in October.

“I think that something that he needs to do before he steps into the Oval Office is go back and watch that footage of the first time that Zelensky stepped into the Oval Office and the first time that the President of South Africa stepped into the office,” he told Sky News Australia.

“Because I think he might have that type of meeting as opposed to one with more friend-like.”
