Kyle Sandilands has settled his lawsuit with radio network ARN for $12 million, paid in instalments over three years, a fraction of the $85 million he originally sought after his $100 million contract was cancelled following an on-air dispute with co-host Jackie O Henderson in February. Under the settlement, Sandilands is barred from working for rival radio stations for nine months but is free to launch a new audio streaming venture, with ARN providing $1.5 million in advertising and receiving a 20% revenue share for up to three years.
