King Charles attends submarine commissioning ceremony
King Charles has attended the commissioning ceremony for an Astute-class nuclear-powered submarine.
His Majesty was joined by politicians, construction staff, officers, and apprentices at the BAE Systems Shipyard in the UK.
The HMS Agamemnon is the country’s newest attack submarine – but before it begins active duty, the submarine will conduct sea trials.
