‘Women are being sidelined’: Sex Discrimination Act under fire
Shadow Regional Health Minister Anne Webster says the Sex Discrimination Act and sex‑based identification laws are “very murky”.
“It’s all falling apart, and women are the ones being sidelined,” Ms Webster told Sky News host James Macpherson.
“We want to have women who are safe in women’s spaces.
“Women should be able to be safe as biologically sexed women … rather than those who identify.”
