Wild bush turkey terrorises Gold Coast cafe
Security cameras captured the moment an Australian bush turkey terrorized a cafe on the Gold Coast on Sunday, May 24.
Marina Ghobrial, owner and manager of Kefi, told Storyful the bird frequently visits the cafe in Coolangatta looking for food scraps “but on this day decided he was ready for war.”
This CCTV shows the bush turkey entering the premises, flying atop a fridge and then launching itself into dozens of wine glasses stacked on a shelf.
The glasses tumble to the ground and shatter into hundreds of pieces, with a delivery man and cafe worker then attempting to shoo the bird away.
