Two Navy Growler jets collided mid-air during the Gunfighters Air Show at an Air Force base in Idaho, causing both aircraft to crash to the ground in a fiery explosion. All four crew members, two from each plane, successfully ejected and parachuted safely before the jets slammed into the ground. The air show was immediately cancelled and the base locked down while rescuers responded to the wreckage and doctors evaluated the crew members.
