Australians have ‘lost trust’ in Anthony Albanese following budget ‘lies’

Shadow Energy Minister Dan Tehan has reacted to the latest polls, which revealed an unfavourable view of Labor’s budget delivered last week.

“I think there are two key things out of the polls – the first is that the Australian people are awake to the fact that the prime minister lied to them,” he told Sky News Australia.

“Not only that, they’re also awake to the fact that there is likely to be consequences to those lies. So, there’s now no trust as to what the prime minister might do next.”
