In 1975 King Charles used local language at PNG independence visit | ABC NEWS


When King Charles — then Prince Charles — visited Papua New Guinea in 1975, to acknowledge the historic moment of Papua New Guinea’s independence, he made the effort to include some Tok Pisin in his speeches.
