US President Donald Trump has destroyed comedian Jimmy Kimmel, calling him a “lowlife” who shouldn’t be on television.
The president’s comments came during a phone interview on Newsmax.
Trump’s comments come after earlier in the week, when Kimmel made a tasteless joke about the First Lady, Melania Trump and her husband’s death.
The joke came two days before the shooting at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, where the president and key members of his cabinet had to be evacuated.
