Northern Territory police have confirmed the man arrested over the alleged murder of Kumanjayi Little Baby has been moved out of Alice Springs amid “safety concerns.”
The news comes after a large crowd clashed with police outside the Alice Springs hospital overnight.
47-year-old Jefferson Lewis was being held there after he was arrested.
