Trump hosts state dinner for Britain’s King Charles and Queen Camilla
President Donald Trump has hosted King Charles at a state dinner in Washington D.C., where both men hailed the strength of the relationship between Britain and the United States.
The King’s speech, while frequently light-hearted, was laced with a serious message explaining the importance of the two nations’ alliance, and stressing that together the pair of them are “more than the sum of our parts”.
