A dog named Ellbie went missing from her 13th floor apartment in Dee Why last Friday and was found days later stranded on a neighbour’s balcony ledge. Fire and rescue crews abseiled down from the roof to winch the dog to safety. Ellbie has been reunited with her owners on the Northern Beaches.
