Anzac Day reaffirms Australia’s commitment to ‘never forget’ fallen veterans

Shadow Defence Industry Minister Phil Thompson discusses the significance of Anzac Day on the Australian calendar.

“The freedoms that we enjoy today are on the back of hard-fought battles, wars and sacrifice that they have made,” Mr Thompson told Sky News Australia.

“We reaffirm our commitment to never forget those who have been killed in battle, died in training, or succumb to their war within here on home soil.”
