Ben Roberts-Smith, Australia’s most decorated soldier and accused war criminal, has been released on bail under strict conditions including travel restrictions, limited device use, and regular police reporting. He is returning to Queensland to be with family while his conviction appeal remains under scrutiny. The court case is scheduled to continue on 16 June.
