Authorities say they’re treating the suspected bombing attempt of an Invasion Day rally in Perth as an alleged act of terrorism.
Police say a 31-year-old threw a homemade “fragment bomb” into a crowd gathered in Perth’s CBD.
He has been charged with engaging in a terrorist act and police will allege the attack was motivated by “racist, hateful ideology”.
