Twenty homes on the Southern Fleurieu Peninsula are under threat as an out of control bushfire continues to rage near Cape Jervis. Simon Smart was allegedly attacked with a metal pole on Saturday afternoon, but has since withdrawn these charges against accused Joseph Gill.
