‘A lot of people were killed’: Trump celebrates ‘amazing’ military feat in Venezuela
US President Donald Trump celebrates the capture of ousted Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, boasting of the “amazing military feat”.
“Nobody was killed, and on the other side, a lot of people were killed,” Mr Trump said.
“The electricity for almost the entire country was boom turned off … we sort of got them a little by surprise.”
