Greg Lynn granted retrial for Carol Clay murder | 7NEWS
Greg Lynn, a former Jetstar pilot convicted of murdering camper Carol Clay, has been granted a retrial by Victoria’s Court of Appeal after judges ruled there was a substantial miscarriage of justice due to irregularities in the original trial. Lynn’s 32-year murder conviction has been set aside, with his case involving the disappearance of Clay and her lover Russell Hill in March 2020 to be heard by a new jury.
