‘Beyond parody’: Seattle mocked for wanting to host Pride football match in Iran

American Culture Project Senior Fellow Corey DeAngelis mocks Seattle for wanting to host a Pride football match in Iran, where homosexuality is illegal.

“It’s beyond parody … this can’t be true, can it?” Mr DeAngelis told Sky News host Rita Panahi.

“They said that it was pre-scheduled and kind of just turned out this way; it was a coincidence.

“It was either a big coincidence, or the far left was really trying to piss off Iran and Egypt.”
