Pregnant woman critical after domestic assault | 7NEWS

A 36-year-old pregnant woman is in critical condition at Liverpool Hospital after being struck in the head with a glass vase and allegedly run over by a sedan in Narellan Vale this morning. Police have arrested a man known to them who was in a domestic relationship with the victim and residing at the same address.
