‘Time to modernise’: Prince William to scrap ‘weird’ royal Christmas traditions

UK barrister and broadcaster Andrew Eborn reacts to Prince William making a major change to some of the Royal Family’s Christmas traditions.

“One of the things he said with this great interview … is we’ve got to modernise the Royal Family, we’re going to get rid of a lot of the pomp,” Mr Eborn told Sky News Digital Presenter Gabriella Power.

“A bit of a pity really, because I think people like the pomp, but he’s ready, he thinks some of the Sandringham rules are really, really weird.”
