Kyiv accuses Russia of bombing aid centre in southern Ukraine
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Russian forces bombed a school being used as an aid distribution centre in the south-eastern Zaporizhzhia region, killing at least 26 people.
The strikes come just one day after the expiry of a brief humanitarian ceasefire in the Russian-occupied city of Oleshky.
US and European negotiators are set to meet in Brussels this week to prepare for a new round of talks on ending Russia’s war against Ukraine.
Delegations from Ukraine and Russia will travel to Abu Dhabi next Wednesday to discuss de-escalation and post-war security, according to US envoy Steve Witkoff.
